Family-Based Immigration

  • Fee: $5,000 per person (+$500 if a co-sponsor is needed)
  • Description: Includes Form I-130, processing through the National Visa Center (NVC), DS-260 form filing, and consular interview guidance.

• Other Family Preference Categories (Siblings, Married Children, Adult Children of U.S. Citizens/Permanent Residents)

  • Fee:
  • Step 1: Petition for Alien Relative (I-130) – $1,000
  • Step 2: Adjustment of Status (I-485) – $2,500 per person (if in U.S.)
