• Fee: $7,500 (Payable in three installments)

• First Installment ($2,500) – Covers:

  • Filing of EOIR-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney before Immigration Court.
  • Filing of Motion for Change of Venue (if applicable).
  • Filing of I-589 (Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal).

• Second Installment ($2,500) – Covers:

  • Filing of written pleadings with Immigration Court and DHS.
  • Employment Authorization Document (EAD) application after 150-day waiting period.
  • Assistance with biometric appointments.

• Third Installment ($2,500) – Covers:

  • Gathering supporting documents and evidence for asylum application.
  • Representation at Individual Calendar Hearing before the Immigration Court.
  • Filing additional motions and pleadings required by the court.
