Immigration Legal Fees

Fee: $7,500 (Payable in three installments)

First Installment ($2,500) – Covers:

• Filing of EOIR-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney before Immigration Court.
• Filing of Motion for Change of Venue (if applicable).
• Filing of I-589 (Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal).

Second Installment ($2,500) – Covers:

• Filing of written pleadings with Immigration Court and DHS.
• Employment Authorization Document (EAD) application after 150-day waiting period.
• Assistance with biometric appointments.

Third Installment ($2,500) – Covers:

• Gathering supporting documents and evidence for asylum application.
• Representation at Individual Calendar Hearing before the Immigration Court.
• Filing additional motions and pleadings required by the court.

Immediate Relative Green Card (Spouse, Parent, Child) – Adjustment of Status (If in the U.S.)

• Fee: $3,500 per person (+$500 if a co-sponsor is needed)
• Description: Includes Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative), Form I-485 (Adjustment of Status), Affidavit of Support, and USCIS interview preparation.

Immediate Relative Green Card (Spouse, Parent, Child) – Consular Processing (If outside the U.S.)

• Fee: $5,000 per person (+$500 if a co-sponsor is needed)
• Description: Includes Form I-130, processing through the National Visa Center (NVC), DS-260 form filing, and consular interview guidance.

Other Family Preference Categories (Siblings, Married Children, Adult Children of U.S. Citizens/Permanent Residents)

• Description: Covers prevailing wage determination, recruitment process, and ETA-9089 filing for employment-based green cards.

E-2 Visa (Investor, Manager, Essential Worker)

• Fee: $5,000 (Inside U.S.) | $7,000 (Outside U.S.
• Description: Includes Form I-129, business plan review, and preparation of supporting evidence.

EB-5 Immigrant Investor Green Card

Naturalization (U.S. Citizenship)
